WELLSTAY 大阪 新今宮車站前 (Wellstay Osaka Shinimamiya Station)

日本實在很難找到五個人入住房型，這家交通非常方便，離地鐵、JR都幾分鐘就到，晚上週邊居酒屋超多，夜宵很好吃，唯一美中不足的就是沒有放行李箱空間，可是每天欣賞火車🚄經過很療愈，另外很貼心的在大廳有行李秤重器，好方便！旅館旁邊有一家驚安殿堂（新世界店）方便採購，非常近又大，物品超全！提醒下店家要把床頭櫃擦拭乾凈，這裡灰塵比較多

地點真的很棒，離新今宮站走路3分鐘就到，到動物園站大概7-8分鐘，去機場，去難波，都很方便，飯店有電梯，房間還有浴缸，整潔度也不錯，門口還可以寄放行李，唯一的小缺點就是樓板有點薄，樓上不知道在做什麼，感覺有點吵

位置很方便，走路兩分鐘便能到JR站或是南海電鐵。坐南海電鐵還不用走樓梯，一個站便能去到難波，真是太方便了。 房間大小一家四口住是可以的，但桌子比較小，用餐比較不夠用，乾濕分離的洗手間和浴室，浴室裡還有洗衣機，每天可以洗衣服，把衣服晒到陽台，一個晚上便會乾。 有小型的廚房及基本餐具，可以自己弄點簡單的早餐之類。 樓下大堂有飲水機，可以每天盛水到房間裡用，也有共用空間，買東西坐在大堂享用。 整體來說，也很推薦入住。

The hotel is just 2min walk from Nankai shin-imamiya station. After registration online, the hotel will email the gate and room password in advance. No check in nor check out procedure is required on-site. There are 1 twin bed & 3 single beds for my family of 5. ,vacuum cleaner washing machine are provided. We usually prepared breakfast in room. Bathroom and toilet are separated which is a plus for us. The hotel area is a bit quiet at night but we still feel safe as it locates right next to another hotel and police station. This is a self serviced hotel, trash bags are provided and there is a trash collection place outside hotel. If you need help, you can contact hotel staff through the remote control machine at Hotel entrance. There is a local supermarket and family mart opposite to the hotel to grab some snacks or breakfast. For restaurant, you have to walk around 10 mins. We usually dine outside. If you are a JR lover, you may enjoy the balcony view with railways and JR passing by!It may have some noise at night and early morning, but still acceptable for us after closing the windows. We had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this place especially when you are travelling with family!

Nice and clean hotel.  No check in counter, need to follow email instruction.  But the location is excellent. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Perfect Budget Stay for Families and Friends! We had a fantastic experience at this budget-friendly hotel—ideal for group stays! It's conveniently located near train stations, with plenty of nearby amenities like convenience stores, a supermarket, and even a police station for added peace of mind. 🏠 The room was impressively equipped: a small kitchen where we cooked dinner, complete with free utensils, microwave, and refrigerator. There's a vending machine on the first floor for quick snacks, and a washing machine with a drying area on the veranda made laundry super easy. 🚿 The bathroom setup was great—separate bath and toilet, with complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. 🔧 Room for Improvement: Free Wi-Fi in the room would be a great if it’s working, good thing we can connect on other rooms’ net instead, and we noticed a few electric outlets weren’t working properly. Fixing these would make the stay even better. Another is if we can have a place to leave the garbage everyday or someone can pick it outside the room daily so it wouldn’t smell in the room specially if we stay for a long time. ✅Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay—highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort, practicality, and value!

衛生唔錯，位置方便近地鐵站，美中不足隔音麻麻（可能近地鐵站的緣故），入住前比密碼房號你，無需經前台，非常之方便，都會有下次嘅

酒店自助check-in, 入大門只需要輸入密碼就可以了。房門用密碼鎖，只是密碼鎖已經舊了，每次都要輸入3-4次先成功開門。 房內有3張床，一家四口無問題，正常電器亦齊全。 只是比較近JR 路軌，早上會有少許聲音。附件亦有停車場，可自駕前往。

一家四口住家庭房，一人一個床，設施設備很齊全，冰箱微波爐洗衣機還有灶台。新今宮站出來過個街就到了很好找，過街前還有家全家便利店，非常方便，推薦！
